A brave decision!

The Associated Press and Slovenian Press Agency reports that the Foreign Minister of Slovenia, which holds European Union's presidency, on May 9 said that EU would not take sides in the Georgian-Russian dispute and would work towards a peaceful solution.

I think we all are happy for this brave decision, and I am sure that I speak on behalf of the civilized world when I say that we all look forward to the immediate solution of this conflict with the help of the ministers of the EU. I feel certain there will be a most fruitful dialogue whith Putin, Lilliputin, Lavrov, and the rest of the masters of peaceful rethoric, and that we all get a discount on Russian gas at the end of the day.
